Noida, India (PressExposure) September 16, 2013 -- On the auspicious occasion of Mr. Ram Jethmalani (EX- Law and justice minister and lawyer) birthday, Indian National Bar Association in Collaboration with IMS Noida has organized a "Free legal Aid camp today. Faculty Members and students have actively participated in the camp.
The event was started with the lighting of the lamp by our Chief guests Dr. Meena (formal law sect. Govt of India) Mr. J.D. Agarwal (Chairman and Prof, Indian institute of finance). Shri Kaviraj Singh (Advocate Supreme court of India) and Pranav Mehra (Advocate law). They all were welcomed by good luck plants with respect from IMS Advisor Alok Agrawal. He said a free legal camp is all about covering and curing the overall areas which are to be healed. As a member of INBA I am very happy with the events being organized.
Mr. J.D. Agarwal (Chairman and Prof, Indian institute of finance) had a pleasure of being invited and was overwhelmed with the camp taking place and the efforts too. But according to him the judiciary system is in process but still no more fairly affordable and time taking as well, this is the reason why people lose patience and feel that there is no use of running behind the news. Many laws have been made since the British rule which is still present but they are outdated, they should be reformed. Shri Kaviraj Singh (Advocate Supreme court of India) and Pranav Mehra (Advocate law) also kept his views on the positive effort and had an interrogative session with the student who had a question mark on their faces regarding the law and camp as well.
At last Mr. Alok Agarwal (Advisor, IMS Noida) told that IMS Law College frequently organizes and holds such camps helping the village and the nearby needy areas around the society in their welfare, promising this effort will be carried out with a positive sight.
