Provo, Utah (PressExposure) August 25, 2008 -- Keeping your kids reading all summer can be a challenge...but it is worth the effort. Getting children into books keeps their minds sharp and their imagination expanding. Hopefully children will learn to read for the sake of enjoyment and learning as they grow, but we think it is just fine to offer them "a carrot."
We have designed a summer reading challenge at parent-with-purpose.com It is designed for children in K-2nd grade and homeschoolers aged 5-8. Those that participate in the challenge will have the opportunity to read a variety of books that expand their minds and build character.
Other than the reading, the fun part is the partnerships we have formed with local and national sponsors to provide FREE prizes to those children that complete the challenge! Visit our website today and register your child so he/she can participate in a summer of great reading and fun rewards!
