Queensland, Australia (PressExposure) February 02, 2010 -- Accredited Online Training (AOT) - has offered free training education on their traineeship programs plus $500 Cash!
Thanks to the Australian Government and AOT's Traineeship Programs, existing workers who wants to upgrade their skill and climb the corporate ladder can now start training at no cost and need to leave the workplace for classes either.
Employers can also receive up to $4000 in financial incentives to fund their eligible employee's training education. Plus, choosing to up skill with AOT means, employers will also receive $500 in cash once all their trainees' expenses have been paid for.
The Traineeship Program will provide eligible employees with relevant skills, knowledge and hands on experience through structured workplace training.
Unlike full-time university or college, AOT traineeship training education is undertaken both in the workplace and off-the-job, providing eligible employees with practical hands-on experience and a qualification while continuously receiving a wage.
Eligible for a traineeship must be: ⢠A Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia ⢠In a supervisory position ⢠Not hold any previous nationally recognized qualifications (qualification gained more than 7 years ago may still be eligible).
