Isla Cantina's cuisine contains an influence of Mexican and Island flair, adapting flavors and spices from regions throughout Mexico.
Isla Cantina's Spring Menu includes Sugar Cane Skewers -Grilled chicken, shrimp, swordfish, or filet mignon served on a sugar cane skewer and marinated to perfection; Apache (Mexican Carpaccio) -- Thin slices of fresh swordfish or filet mignon with Isla Cantina's secret marinade; Ahi Tuna Tartar Street Tacos, fresh ahi prepared to order with homemade guacamole, sour cream and fresh salsa; and Filet Bandera--Filet mignon marinated in tequila, lime & chilies de arbol accompanied with a one of Isla Cantina's signature side dishes: Chipotle Mashed Potatoes, Refried Beans or Mexican Rice.
Honoring tradition, Isla Cantina offers over 150 tequilas, and affordable ways to try them-- featuring the Tequila Horseshoe-- Three shots of Anejo, Reposado & Blanco tequila with a Sangrita chaser and a Perfect Margarita, using top-shelf Tres Sietes tequila, fresh lime, agave nectar, splash of Grand Marnier.
