Go Paperless Even Easier With Bean's New Services

Vancouver, (PressExposure) May 20, 2009 -- Bean Services, an award-winning developer of web-based invoice software, announced today the launch of two new services, Bean Consulting and Bean Auto-Capture.

Bean Consulting provides customers with expertise in workflow analysis, systems analysis, change management, and training needed to help create highly efficient accounts payable processes. Customers often find going "paperless" a daunting task. Bean Consulting helps them over this hurdle by truly understanding their process. Then offering a service that makes it easy to change through implementation planning, training, and performance evaluation and measurement.

Using a hybrid of recognition, scanning and verification technologies, Bean Auto-Capture converts paper invoices into electronic data that can be uploaded into a customer's existing accounting system. Auto-Capture significantly increases processing accuracy, by reducing incidents of duplicate payments, transposition errors, and miscoded invoices.
