Germ-Killing, Chewing Gum Removal, Steam Cleaning
The 1000CVGP gum removal machines borrow technologies from three of Daimer®'s existing product lines: KleenJet® steam cleaners, ATIS® sanitizers, and Gum Exterminator® gum cleaners.
The steam cleaner unit includes a refill tank, detergent tank and an industrial vacuum with 2200mm of water column lift. The systems are capable of pressure levels of 89 psi and temperatures of 320º F.
The gum removal systems include a dual-bladed squeegee with extraction, a steam-expelling steel brush, two gallons of a biodegradable, highly concentrated, gum dissolving solution that can dilute to about 21 gallons. These units are engineered to eliminate 1000s of gum wads per day.
The sanitizing architecture includes ATIS® ionic germ killing technology, plus a HEPA and full water filtration subsystem to trap allergens.
The 1000CVGP gum removal machines are delivered with over thirty tools for cleaning hard surfaces, like tile and grout, and soft surfaces like upholstery.
