The branch will handle all Inbound & Outbound customer calls offering more access points to customers to reach company quickly. As a part of this initiative; HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Ltd. inaugurated its 80th Branch in Chennai. The branch will be focused on Customer service and will handle all Inbound & Outbound customer calls. Earlier this month HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Ltd. has also opened one more branch office in Sakinaka, Mumbai for similar operations. Now a customer can reach the company easily & quickly.

Last year company launched online claim tracking system "E-Claims". With the help of e-Claims module customers can track the status of their claims online. They need not necessarily visit the branch or call the company call center to get the status of the claims.
