The SAP ERP HCM system includes a repository for documents called the Business Document Service. These templates in the BDS can be customized using a simple interface and stored for later access.
System prerequisites are provided in the article for implementing the SAP ERP HCM system, including how to configure Microsoft Office for use with SAP List Viewer.
