Tampa, FL (PressExposure) August 11, 2008 -- Long Island Home Inventory and Bastion Home & Business Services are pleased to announce the launch of ProjectInventoryBuzz, a national campaign to garner media attention regarding the importance of completing home inventories as a component of overall preparedness in our communities.
Dennis Cole, President of Long Island Home Inventory remarked, "I am delighted to work with Bastion and my fellow peer home inventory professionals across the country to appeal to the many large media outlets to help us increase awareness not only of the importance of completing a home inventory, but that a team of professionals is emerging to assist them with the process." Derek Lee, President of Bastion, commented, "We're very hopeful regarding the outcome of this national campaign. And considering that September is National Preparedness Month (NPM), our activities are very timely."
ProjectInventoryBuzz was first announced in the August issue of The Bastion Beat, a monthly industry trade publication for home inventory professionals across the country. Using a "write-to-your-congressman" approach, an appeals letter was drafted for The Bastion Beat readers, predominantly home inventory professionals and professional organizers also offering home inventory services, to send to various national publications that were identified based on their circulation and relative influence within our communities.
This is the first in a series of ProjectInventoryBuzz activities expected over the next several months.
