Watercolor, Florida (PressExposure) March 22, 2013 -- HomesOn30a, one of Florida's top real estate agencies, has opened a new headquarters on Highway 30-A in Santa Rosa Beach, making them the newest real estate brokerage firm to set up operations on this prime section of Florida's Gulf Coast. HomesOn30a owners, Randy Holder and Karen Holder, have been successful real estate professionals in Florida since 2007. By 2009, their hard work and focus on client service helped them become one of the top producing teams in the extremely competitive real estate market along Florida's Northwest Gulf coast. Their continued success led to the decision in December 2012 to open their own brokerage agency.
The husband and wife real estate team then put their plan in motion by finding an ideal location along Highway 30a for their new agency. "We now have completely renovated and professionally appointed offices in the 5300 block of Highway 30A in the Lakewood Town Center. We are very proud of our efforts and our offices speak to the level of clientele that we have," said owner and co-founder of HomesOn30a, Karen Holder. In settling on this specific location for their new agency Holder noted, "There were two primary reasons for choosing this location. We wanted 30-A highway frontage and visibility and we also wanted a location that was as close to the middle of 30A as we could get. Our new location fulfills both requirements."
While finding the right location was a vital step in establishing the agency in the new neighborhood, the decision to keep their business operating under the name HomesOn30a was equally important to the Holders. "The decision to continue using HomesOn30a was a given and made our transition much easier. We have grown to understand the value of branding and how critical web marketing is in the real estate sales business today," said co-owner and sales exec Randy Holder.
Now that they are settled into the new headquarters, the HomesOn30A team, which includes sales executive Jennifer Brown, broker associate Kim Kirby and sales executive Colleen Regan, intends to focus their attention on two key real estate markets along highway 30A, the coastal communities of WaterColor and WaterSound.
WaterColor, located on northwest Florida's Gulf coast and nearby the world-renowned town of Seaside, is a 499 acre southern coastal neighborhood that stands out among the picturesque 30-A communities. It consists of 1,140 custom-built residences, home sites and multi-family dwellings and is surrounded by the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands of the Gulf coast. Watercolor is a master-planned community but one that still cultivates a true sense of timelessness, authenticity and welcoming feelings of comfort and familiarity for everyone who lives and visits this charming community.
WaterSound, which is also located on the northwest section of Florida's Gulf coast, was created on 256 acres of rolling dunes and grand landscape. With over a mile of beach frontage, WaterSound captures the essence of seaside living. This private retreat that is just now beginning to grow promises to be one of the ultimate destinations for 30-A living.
No one knows the WaterColor and WaterSound real estate market better than Karen Holder. Her expertise and understanding of the constantly changing real estate inventory on 30-A makes her one of the most knowledgeable real estate professionals in the area. HomesOn30a has sold close to $120 million in real estate during what has been the worst real estate market in 80 years. But, with prices stabilizing, inventories dropping, lenders lending and builders building, 30-A's newest real estate brokerage is more excited than ever about the future of real estate and the future of HomesOn30a.
