Lutterworth, United Kingdom (PressExposure) August 14, 2009 -- It's that time of the week again and today The Creare Group are preparing to release three custom made video blog tutorials. This week's are provided as help for those who want to learn more about website design, SEO and canonicalization and how to write successful press release content. James Bavington's web design tutorial is focussing on a quick and simple way to create an effective prototype site.
Prototype websites are an excellent idea for many reasons. Often web design companies use them as a helpful way to send visual representations of a site to particular clients in order for them to be able to see what the finished result will be. They can also be used as a handy aide by designers to mock up what they see in their mind, without having to create a working model of the site, saving valuable time and effort.
The Creare Group place a lot of value on these prototypes and they are so professional that to the untrained eye, they look like the real thing. The final version appears complete with working rollovers, flash features and drop-down menus, although they are simply slices that have been put together using Adobe's Firework's Programme.
This video blog tutorial will be posted on YouTube and on the Creare Web Design homepage in three parts, with part two released on Monday, followed by the concluding section on Wednesday 19th August. The first tutorial will be based around helping you to prepare your design in Photoshop, the second on opening and slicing your design in fireworks and the third on moving it to Dreamweaver, inserting it into Flash and uploading your creation.
The Creare Group will be using Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Adobe Fireworks CS4 for their presentation. Despite them using the latest versions of this software, you will be able to use the same method for most recent previous versions of the applications.
"There are so many benefits to creating these sites that we at Creare are proud to be able to share this technology with our consumers. These fully functional prototypes look professional and are so simple to put together once you learn how that it's really worth investing some time and effort" James Bavington, Senior Web Designer.
The processes used by The Creare Group aim to help you turn your prototype site into a working online prototype in less than ten minutes. It is an excellent way to make high quality presentations to your clients that allow you to include all of their requirements. So, check them out on YouTube, and be sure to stay up to date with Creare's other handy SEO and Content Writing video blogs, links to which appear on both their Facebook and Twitter profiles.
