Meeting Planners who execute a Group Sales Agreement for an event at a Hyatt hotel or resort anywhere in the world are eligible for the Hyatt Meeting Promise. The Hyatt Meeting Promise means that if the Meeting Planner's expectations in terms of the service and/or quality of a meeting at a Hotel are not met, the Hotel will immediately take steps to resolve the problem to the satisfaction of the Meeting Planner and/or refund a portion of the master account as set forth herein. The meeting planner is the designated on-site contact as identified in the Group Sales Agreement.
