Redondo Beach, CA (PressExposure) March 13, 2014 -- iCONECT Development LLC, technology leaders who reach beyond the status quo with an intuitive and flexible document review platform that works the way you think, have released a version of their flagship document archive software, XERA®, which supports Japanese language documents and users.
The recently released version of the XERA software allows users to interact with the web-based interface in their language of choice, including Russian, Spanish, German, English and now Japanese. Users of the web-based software can load documents in any language and then search, sort, organize and print those documents required as part of any document review process.
Already used in some of the world's largest legal cases, XERA is the product of choice for law firms and corporations looking for a pro-active approach to information governance.
"The CJK Group leverages proven technologies to enhance how our attorneys review and manage Japanese documents," says Hiroshi Rossi, Founder and CEO of The CJK Group. "The latest release of XERA will strengthen our client offerings with a multilingual review tool that empowers our teams to communicate efficiently and effectively." The CJK Group, a member of iCONECT's Consulting Partner Program, provides on-demand staffing solutions for law firms and HR departments, with services supporting Asian language document review, including interpretation and translation.
XERA is used to store and retrieve an organization's most sensitive documents including email, patents, internal communications and legal correspondence. With the capability to store billions of documents on a single system, XERA has been designed to allow secure web-based access to lawyers, investigators and experts who need to search the document collection in response to a legal case or internal investigation.
"With the strong growth in the Japanese economy and increased liberalization reducing the government's ability to resolve disputes outside the courts, the XERA software platform is well positioned to meet companies' document archiving and review challenges, and assist with preparation in case of a future legal dispute," says Ian Campbell, iCONECT's President and Co-founder.
The XERA document archive and review platform can be installed behind a firewall, in a data center, or hosted by any of iCONECT's existing network of over 60 hosting partners worldwide, giving organizations the ability to integrate the software into their document management workflow and IT infrastructure.
"With the release of the Japanese language interface built right into the XERA platform, we're staying true to our commitment of providing intuitive and usable tools to reduce the time and cost of the document archiving and review process," Campbell adds.
