Chicago, Illinois (PressExposure) June 28, 2012 -- Inner Metamorphosis University (IMU) and Quiet Spaces Inc. are pleased to offer an 8-week Osho Meditations - a Magical Mystery Tour (OMMM Tour) starting each Tuesday evening from July 10, 2012 to August 28, 2012 from 6:30pm to 7:45pm at IMU. The meditation sessions don't require any prior meditation experience for participants.
In this 8-week series, one will playfully practice a variety of Osho Active Meditations. These meditations were scientifically designed for "do and do more" Western societies and are practiced by millions of people around the world. The techniques incorporate light physical activities such as:

Jennifer Johnston, Founder and Executive Director of Quiet Spaces Inc., will act as OMMM Tour guide and will also participate in the meditation sessions. She reports,
"Through these activities, we let go of tensions and tune our bodies in preparation for a 15-minute period of silent watching, an essential element to meditation. When we are able to watch our bodies, our emotions, our mind's voice; this unlocks deep levels of Self-awareness, our personal power to respond to life's events and joyous quietude. We can become the peaceful center of life's cyclone."
These techniques amazingly custom fit all levels of experience.
Vibrating in playfulness and the fresh energy of spontaneity, Jennifer will intuitively determine which of the meditation techniques provides the best fit for the participants for that day. Jennifer will reveal the type of meditation practice at the beginning of each session and provide instructions and guidance.
The sessions will be held on Tuesday evenings at the IMU, an ideal setting for meditation workshops where participants always enjoy their experience. The Tour is flexible for "what is right for you" and participants can come for one or more "field trips" and the fee is "donate what-you-can."
IMU, a meditation center in Chicago, has been helping participants in deepening and celebrating life through meditation for the more than 7 years. For more details, visit IMU website or call 773-262-1468.
