This yearâs contest was judged by senior-level IABC communicators in South Carolina, Florida, Louisiana and Minnesota.
IABC/San Antonio (a former âInternational Chapter of the Yearâ) is one of the five Texas chapters of IABC, a global organization with 15,000 members. IABC communicators share ideas and best practices about employee communication, marketing/branding and measurement through 100 chapters located in over 70 nations.
âWeâre thrilled to be honored for our Web site,â says Ms. Edwards. âAs a medical staffing company, one of our key responsibilities is to provide excellent employee communicationsâboth online and offlineâso we can better serve our healthcare staffing professionals and clients in five states. The Bronze Quill awards reflect the reality that those communications are professional-grade and relevant to our audiences. However, we arenât resting on our laurels. Every day, we try to improve our ability to share information and knowledge at all levels.â
InGenesis is enjoying a particularly robust growth cycle this year, notes Ms. Edwards. For example, in May the company won a $7.7 million contract to provide medical coders at the Fort Bliss Army facility in El Paso, Texas. Itâs also a strong contender for other large staffing contracts in the near term. âAs a direct result of having to hire additional medical professionals in the next 12 to 18 months, we expect our employee communications to take on an even larger, more pivotal role in the organization,â she adds.
InGenesis Medical Staffing sets the standard for providing medical employment and staffing solutions within the healthcare industry by placing quality talent in agency and direct-hire assignments. Established in 1998 in San Antonio, Texas, by Ms. Edwards, this fast-growing company services more than two dozen clientsâincluding large hospital systems, medical clinics and military installationsâin Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, Missouri and Nevada.
