Newport Beach, CA (PressExposure) October 16, 2012 -- IndCor, a premier real estate company focused on the ownership and management of industrial properties, announces the addition of two Senior Vice Presidents, Robert P. Munson and Thomas B. Hwang, and one Vice President, Katherine T. Flynn. All three have been hired to oversee IndCor's West Coast, particularly California, properties.
At IndCor, Munson has responsibility for a 5.1 million square-foot portfolio of properties located in Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Orange County and San Diego. Munson brings more than 17 years of experience in the management of commercial real estate. Prior to working with IndCor, he spent five years as Senior Vice President of asset management for WCV Commercial Properties, an affiliate asset management group for Walton Street Capital.
Hwang has responsibility for a 10.6 million square-foot portfolio of IndCor properties located in Seattle, Portland, Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area. He brings to IndCor 19 years of asset management experience for major institutional real estate owners. Prior to his employment with IndCor, Hwang spent five years with WCV Commercial Properties as Senior Vice President of asset management.
Prior to joining IndCor as a Vice President, Flynn has more than 20 years' experience working with institutional real estate owners on all asset classes of commercial real estate, with an emphasis in the industrial sector. Her role with IndCor will include responsibility of all facets of a 5 million square-foot industrial portfolio located in the LA Basin and Orange County markets.
