"These high-end 10200 brushes are for demanding customers that go through a lot of consumables and are looking for a way to save money," explained Daimer.com pricing spokesperson Matthew Baratta. "Over the life of the machine, savings on replacement brushes could equal the price of a new unit."
Pro-Grade Brushes
Replacement detail brushes are one of the most commonly purchased consumables for steam cleaner owners.
To this end, Daimer® plans to offer brush units for its Ultra 10200 line for $2.50. The price covers all types of brushes and bristle types, ranging from nylon to brass to stainless steel. Different bristles offer different levels of abrasion. Harder metal bristles are best for tough jobs, while software nylon bristles are engineered for sensitive surfaces and internal machinery parts.
The Ultra 10200 steam cleaner line includes three units with 14 liter boilers, 20 liter refill tanks and 20 liter detergent tanks. The 10250CV bundles an industrial-powered vacuum and extractor subsystem. The vacuums provide suction power of 3200mm of water column lift.
The steam cleaners can generate temperatures approaching 386ºF and pressure ratings of 150 psi. The key difference between the machines is the rated wattage. The 10220C is rated at 22,000 watts, the 10250CV at 25,000 watts and the 10290C at 29,000 watts. The higher the wattage the longer the machine can produce the densest cleaning steam.
