Austin, Texas (PressExposure) April 20, 2009 -- If you're moving to Texas, you should definitely check out Austin. This wonderful city has activities, attractions, scenery and opportunities galore. If you decide to make this town your home, look no further than Infinity Moving to be the movers to get you there.
Infinity Moving is a locally owned and operated moving business that has been relocating clients in and around Austin since 2005. The owners, Ben and Rachel Ragland, provide quality service to Austin residents who are looking to move their home. Ben has been in the moving industry for over 10 years. He started off working for moving companies at the age of 16. After several years of working and gaining the knowledge of how to move goods safely, efficiently and professionally, he finally made the leap and started up his own company with his wife Rachel. Rachel has been in sales and customer service since she was 16 and brings the necessary skills and customer relations needed for running the office and phones. Together their hard work and dedication to Infinity Moving has resulted in customers referring their friends, family and coworkers to the company.
Infinity Moving brings all of the equipment necessary to get your job done correctly. They have a custom built cargo trailer that has an interior height that is a foot taller than the standard models. This extra height allows the movers to pack as much as possible into the trailer and helps to prevent them from sometimes having to make 2 trips to complete larger moves. It is a 24ft long, 8ft tall enclosed trailer that has e-tracks along the interior wall at 2 different heights. The track is used for strapping as much furniture and items as possible in place to prevent them from shifting during transit. They also bring 75 heavy duty quilted moving blankets on every job. These quilted pads cover all furniture or items that require padding to prevent scratches and damages. They have moving rubber bands that are used on items that have drawers/doors that need to be kept closed. The bands are also used to help keep the moving blankets in place on furniture. There are 2 dollies, one 4 wheel dolly, basic tools and a piano board that allows them to move any size piano (provided there are no stairs). They are registered with the Texas Department of Transportation and have the State insurance requirements to move your goods.
There are 2 ways to get a quote from Infinity Moving. One is to call the office and get a quote over the phone. The other is to go to their website and fill out their quote form. They will send a copy of your estimate to you via e-mail so you can compare with other companies. You can also use it to make sure all of your information is correct and to obtain the price in writing if you've made a reservation with them. The office is open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm. They can give you an hourly rate or a set itemized price based on your list of items. Weekends book up quickly and reservations should be made at least a couple of weeks in advance, or even sooner if you want the last weekend of the month. A weekday is usually available with only a few days notice. They accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or cash as payment.
