Customer retention â we need to think and do differently in the context of keeping our customers. Kevin has coined the phrase âConstructive paranoiaâ as a strategy to keep your customers ie to keep thinking that your customers are leaving your business â with this in mind aim to exceed their expectations at all contact points to help keep them satisfied. 3. Website presence â our thinking needs to move beyond having a website and move towards how I can build website presence. Within the decade your customers Generation Y will be googling you â have you got the website presence to wow them? For those that still havenât a website you could be out of business.
