Iranian Success for International Motivational Speaker Kevin Kelly

, Ireland (PressExposure) April 07, 2009 -- Kevin Kelly, Internationally Acclaimed Motivational Speaker has just returned to base after another successful seminar tour in Iran.

Culminating in what he described as the most overwhelmingly positive feedback from thousands on his trips, Kevin expects to return again soon and wow his audiences with his unique understanding of motivation, creativity, new world marketing and sales, and personal excellence.

“The Iranian audience is a very intelligent and appreciative audience. They welcome interaction and expect to be stirred, shaken and challenged by the information and the delivery,” Kevin believes. Described by the promoters as one of the Best Speakers ever to enter the country, Kevin obviously got the balance right!

“I also believe that audiences are maturing worldwide and they demand a lot more from a speaker than simple entertainment. They demand the speaker is authentic ie they have totally walked the path of their philosophies. The audiences will sense this very early on. Thus a motivational speaker with great delivery but who hasn’t set big goals, who hasn’t felt fear in the past, who hasn’t experienced and learned from failure; these type of speakers will find their business will decrease as the market turns in favour of real and authentic presenters,” Kevin added.

When asked what are the challenges facing companies at this time apart from the obvious market slowdown, Kevin suggested that we need to take the following factors into consideration when we are determining our business strategy 1. The challenges of getting our message across in an attention deficit society – research indicates that most people are inundated with thousands of stimuli daily vying for their attention – thus we need to be different, creative, build experience into our offering and use all mediums to wow our customers. 2. Customer retention – we need to think and do differently in the context of keeping our customers. Kevin has coined the phrase “Constructive paranoia” as a strategy to keep your customers ie to keep thinking that your customers are leaving your business – with this in mind aim to exceed their expectations at all contact points to help keep them satisfied. 3. Website presence – our thinking needs to move beyond having a website and move towards how I can build website presence. Within the decade your customers Generation Y will be googling you – have you got the website presence to wow them? For those that still haven’t a website you could be out of business.

Kevin’s Best Selling Book, “How? When you don’t know how” is now translated into Farci as is his three motivational cd’s, “Compelling Communication Strategies”, “Setting, getting and forgetting Goals” and “Good Enough – now go get it”

In addition to Iran, Kevin expects to be travelling to the Far East in the near future again and has already being confirmed as a keynote speaker for the Million Dollar Round table event in Korea March 2010, a conference considered the jewel in the crown for most speakers.
