Figueroa will be using his sales background to organize call center campaigns as well as train and manage call manager staff for call center services offered at J.M. Field Marketing. Before beginning a career in sales, Figueroa worked as an Air Based Ground Defenseman in the U.S. Air Force where he worked in the protection and security unit for sensitive national resources.
Figueroa's previous experience includes a Sales Manager position at World Travel Holdings where he was subsequently nominated for the Horizon Award. During his time at World Travel Holdings, Figueroa was responsible for the management of more than 60 travel agents. Figueroa also worked in sales for Broward New Times, Regent Seven Seas Cruise Line and Silverseas Cruise Line. Figueroa brings a combination of hands on sales experience and management to the call center services department at J.M. Field Marketing.
