Buenos Aires, Argentina (PressExposure) October 12, 2009 -- One of the most important questions of the sports training world is how to best increase the vertical.
An above average vertical leap is one of the top determinants of an athlete's success, which is one reason why The Jump Manual has been so successful.
"The Jump Manual is more than just an ebook," explains Jacob Hiller, the creator. "It's an entire system designed to address every athlete's personal objectives to reach their athletic jumping goals."
Besides workout charts, a nutrition explanation, the nine aspects of vertical training that must be addressed to reach absolute athletic potential, and videos to demonstrate how to do the workouts, The Jump Manual has traditionally included free monthly coaching to help athletes with any questions they might encounter during their training.
That may be about to change.
"The workload is growing," admits Hiller. "There's only so many hours in the day, and I want to provide the best service I can to the people I'm already coaching. Currently I am also increasing my load of offline clients, including several professional volleyball players."
Does this mean the coaching will have to stop in the future? Only time will tell, but there is another possibility: the monthly coaching price could be raised. The Jump Manual's popularity is growing at an exponential rate, and consequently the number of people around the globe Jacob Hiller is coaching is growing as well.
