Leicestershire, NY (PressExposure) July 01, 2009 -- Friendly, fun and fairly traded, Just Trade are back with a selection of familiar favourites and exciting new products in the shape of jewellery, accessories and gifts for 2009.
We have very been busy growing our own, with an expanded range of our best-selling âFive-A-Dayâ Fruit and Veg brooches, which now include a potato, an aubergine, a cauliflower and a pepper.
Itâs not just about food, Pulse 2009 saw the launch of our âHome Grownâ crocheted flower brooches, genuinely made at home by local ladies in the shanty towns of Lima, Peru. These delightful little accessories come in six brightly coloured species from a sunny sunflower to a lovely lily, the perfect gift for budding beauties everywhere.
We have new colours for our wrapped cotton bangles in cobalt blue, scarlet and coral, stunning blue Tagua jewellery made with seeds from the Peruvian Jungle, and new designs of our best-selling Mama Ursula Jute and hemp belts.
All this alongside freshwater pearls, hand made cards and silver necklaces all at very affordable prices.
ABOUT THE COMPANY Set up as a family run business in 2006, Just Trade works hand in hand with small fair trade projects primarily in the shanty towns of Lima Peru.
We act as mentor, educator, wholesaler and retailer, helping people in marginalised communities develop their existing skills to design and make saleable products, and we provide them with a long term route to market in the UK.
Our projects provide fairly paid, secure employment, and focus on sustainability through the sharing of knowledge and skills.
We specialise in jewellery, accessories, greetings cards, and other fair trade gifts using locally sourced and ethical materials where possible.
Just Trade is a registered BAFTS importer.
