Kamloops BC Gets A Fitness FaceliftKamloops, Canada (PressExposure) April 6, 2010 -- The fitness focused town of Kamloops, BC is getting a new perspective on exercising with a program that uses rigorous exercise and the fulfilling wellness benenfits of yoga. Starting up May 3rd, yoga teacher Katrina Ariel can be found coaching women of all sizes and capabilities in a boot camp that has been defined as an empowering approach to unsurpassed fitness. This distinctive boot camp system contributes to the choices for women who live in Kamloops to get inspired and get in shape for summer, and assures an approach that brings balance to the intensive challenge that the majority of boot camps use to acquire results with the health benefits of yoga. Trainer Katrina Ariel states that she was inspired by the rapid changes and energy increase she got from taking part in a boot camp while working down in the city of New Orleans, and decided to build her own adaptation of the well-liked program. “I know how to structure an effective class and I understand how to make things fun for people, so I’m really excited to offer a workout where women will learn how to use yoga and alignment for optimal fitness results,” Katrina said. The boot camp will be run out of Let’s Move Studio, which is located up near Thompson Rivers University, and offers a commanding view of the valley. That's a very good thing for participants, because the camp meets in the early morning hour of 5:30-6:30, so the view will provide members something special to look forward to. “It’s early,” Katrina agrees, “but what makes it so great is that by the time you're done at 6:30 you have a huge sense of accomplishment recognizing that you’ve already gotten in an outstanding workout, and so many other people haven't even rolled out of bed.” She also explains that physical exercise right off the bat in the morning is the perfect way to improve your metabolism. The boot camp includes a dynamic variety of exercises that are from a wide range of fitness exercises and yoga poses. Participants will have the first segment of each class outside in the fresh morning air, and finish with the yoga portion in the luxury and relaxing environment of the studio. Showers are going to be available for participants to clean the sweat off after the challenging class, imparting a new definition to the concept of having a fresh, clean start to the day.
