Keeping Track of Ordered Products Online

After knowing the consignment numbers in the dispatch email, online shoppers can then use the eParcel service by going to their My Account “C Login”, clicking the C account history, clicking the C click invoice number, finding the delivery status and eParcel tracking ID or consignment number, and clicking on the tracking eParcel ID. By doing these steps, online shoppers would be redirected to the eParcel website where online shoppers would be able to keep track of the products that they delivered.

Alternatively, online shoppers can also use the Australia Post ELADS tracking system by visiting the eParcel website directly. On the Australia Post website under the domestic tracking section, online shoppers would be able to keep track of the delivery of their products by selecting the consignment number (eParcel only) option, entering the consignment number on the input box, and clicking the go button.

For online shops, having this service provided to customers would help online shoppers gain more confidence in online shopping at an online store.
