Cheshire, Uk (PressExposure) May 24, 2008 -- Landlord Action are industry experts in the tricky business of removing bad tenants from property on the landlordâs behalf. As a result of the kudos that comes with having so many successful evictions behind them, they have even been featured on the BBC Show War At the Door and the ITV show Tenants From Hell.
With over 9,000 successful evictions under their belts since 1999, Landlord Action have the means to serve a notice on any bad tenant within 48 hours of your instruction. Bourne out of a need to evict a bad tenant from his own property, co- founder Jonathon Chippeck found his own attempts to evict a bad tenant a frustrating and stressful experience. After having spoken to a number of solicitors none of whom seemed to know what the process would entail or how long it might take, Jonathon met up with Paul Shamplina who had worked as a bailiff.
The two men got together to form a company that would become so strong a representation for the case of the landlord that they now give seminars to landlords to advise of their legal position and as to what can be done.
Jonathon Chippeck explains how they work: âThe Landlord Action eviction process takes place in three simple steps and can get under way in as little time as 48 hours after you instruct the company of a problem. In step one, a notice is served to tenants to underline the severity of the situation. Step two; our solicitors start proceedings against the tenant and a court date is set. Step three; if the tenant does not leave by the date set by the court, Landlord Action send in the court bailiffs to remove the tenant and reclaim the property for the client.â
Offering the best in landlord help anywhere, Landlord Action make it their business to get bad tenants out of private properties and even go as far as to chase for debt recovery afterwards. Their services also include a free advice line and free legal updates to any property owners who are experiencing problems with their tenants and a three-step programme that is charged in separate fixed fees. This means that if the tenant pays the monies owed the landlord will only pay one fee of £115.
