Los Angeles, CA (PressExposure) March 17, 2009 -- Lawsuit Funding has just announced that it will need to hire over a dozen workers to fulfill the needs of their growing financial case load. These advisors will field incoming calls to help customers by answering questions and answers as well as provide support to staff in the loan decision making process.
Lawsuit Funding will train, license and employ up to 15 full time employees as inbound call advisors over the next year. In addition to providing a valuable resource to thousands of customers, this effort will enable Lawsuit Funding to take on more lawsuit loans and continue to grow their case book.
Lawsuit Fundingâs employee recruitment efforts will include their website and other new media approaches. The training program will allow the new employees to develop new, relevant, and marketable skills amidst an economy with rising unemployment rates. The trainees also will earn a completive wage, with certification across 48 states where needed as part of the program.
"We are pleased to develop our call services to create exciting job opportunities within the immediate future," noted Lawsuit Funding. "As the health of our economy becomes increasingly uncertain, Lawsuit Funding is committed to training new employees with skills that will be relevant for them in more than just the lawsuit funding industry. Moreover, as evidence of our commitment, the training program and certification will not require any investments or educational fees from the employees.
