Media, PA (PressExposure) November 05, 2009 -- This 3 hr. Kettlebell workshop will take place on Saturday Nov. 14th from 3-6 pm at Fitness Together Media.
The workshop is intended for novices as well as more experienced kettlebell users to learn/refine their kettlebell technique of 3 of the fundmental drills: the swing, the getup and the Goblet squat.
Prior kettlebell experience is not necessary though a modest amount of strength and fitness is required.
By the end of the 3 hr. workshop you will be able to integrate these basic exercises into your own training regimen whether you train at home or in a facility with kettlebells.
Kettlebells are marvelously versatile training tools in that they can enhance strength, power, mobility and fitness/condtioning which is hard to say about most other training tools or modalities. Kettlebells will work for the fitness enthusiast as well as the athlete looking to add another tool to their training repetoire.
At the end of the workshop there will be a short, intense workout to demonstrate how you can integrate kettlebells into your training program.
