Mr. Boucher is the Managing Partner of Trial Consulting Services, LLC (Tampa, FL) and has been involved in trial consulting and applied courtroom technology for over fifteen years. He has been retained to consult on a wide range of cases including, but not limited to, medical malpractice, environmental and intellectual property. The Florida Bar Association has recognized him as an expert in the area of Electronic Case Management and has certified his Business Litigation CLE program. Michael is also a former member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.
Mr. Boucher's main focus is trial research and electronic management and presentation at trial. Michael has worked for both plaintiff and defense firms throughout the nation.
