The company that was established in 1983 has been based in Glasgow for many years and as Lumley Holdings Group up until it became part of the Erinaceous Insurance Group in 2007 being part of the same group that owned itâs major competitor HomeLet. In 2008 the group separated from Erinaceous and became Barbon Insurance Group Limited and in February this year Mr Ian Fraser was appointed Managing Director. The company currently employs 55 staff at Glasgow and as part of its expansion programme is looking to recruit a further 30 experienced sales consultants and five accounts personnel.
