This O2M feature allows multiple Onsight Expert users to join an Onsight video session and collaborate with audio, video and onscreen annotation to quickly diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve remote issues effectively. In addition to the O2M capability, the Version 4.0 release also provides additional security features and general enhancements.

Onsight Management Suite Version 2.0.8, the back office system administration software tool for Onsight, was also released today. Onsight Management Suite now includes improvements to endpoint discovery and management as well as additional administrator managed options for tighter centralized control.
