Dallas, Texas (PressExposure) November 03, 2008 -- After conducting countless workshops on various topics and working with managers of all levels, Cassandra Washington, owner and president of Exceed Resources, Inc. has organized her knowledge and experiences into a "how to" book, "How to Manage Unacceptable Employee Behavior."
Offering recommendations and tools to help front-line managers and supervisors deal with problem employees, the book is a practical guide outlining key actions necessary to convert problem behavior into productive behavior. Actions range from identifying the root cause of the problem to communicating with the employee, documenting steps, or termination.
"In today's business world, productivity and profit margin are the bottom line results," says Washington. "This book outlines essential skills to put an end to unproductive behavior and to improve productivity of the entire team." How to Manage Unacceptable Employee Behavior consists of 10 chapters, each concluding with a helpful checkpoint exercise with principles that managers can apply to their own situations.
