Thousand Oaks, CA (PressExposure) February 12, 2011 -- Just when state taxes seem to be going up again, one Southern California heating and air conditioning business is making a 100 percent match to the Energy Star Tax Credit. North Los Angeles homeowners can double their 2011 energy tax credit for a combined savings up to $1,000 by installing a qualified efficiency unit from Aladdin Air Condition and Heating.
"We'll match the federal rebate dollar for dollar as a credit toward their purchase with Aladdin," Owner Wayne Beck said.
Beck and Aladdin Air Conditioning and Heating have been a household name in Ventura County and west San Fernando Valley ever since Aladdin started in 2000.
"It was the most incredible experience I ever had with anybody coming to my house to do any sort of work," Terry Schultz from Simi Valley said. "They were professional, clean, courteous; communication was incredible, from the beginning to the end."
Energy Star Tax Credit The 2011 Consumer Energy Star Tax Credit offers homeowners up to a $500 rebate on qualified home heating or air conditioning units. The federal tax credit can save homeowners at least 10 percent of the cost of a new unit. In most cases, particular units such as air source heat pumps and central air conditioning systems have a flat rate tax credit of $300. Units must be installed by December 31, 2011 to qualify for next year's taxes. In addition, the tax credit is only for existing primary residences, meaning units installed on new construction sites or rentals do not qualify for this credit.
Aladdin Rewards Customers for Continued Loyalty Customers keep coming back to Aladdin because of their polite service and the generosity they show toward their customers when they arrive at the doorstep. Fred Sanders of Thousand Oaks said he chose Aladdin over other companies because he was more confident in Aladdin's professionalism and communication. "I took Aladdin's bid even though they were a little bit higher because I figured in the long run it would be much cheaper," Sanders said. After the job was finished Sanders had a question about the work and called Aladdin right away. "I had a concern and I called Aladdin and the response was immediate."
In addition to the current dollar-match on efficiency units, Aladdin offers a rewards club to those who continue to use their service and tell other about their great experience. "We offer a 20 percent discount to all our valued customers," Beck said, "It's a small price for allowing us to serve their air conditioning and heating needs."
