Memphis, TN (PressExposure) September 16, 2010 -- Low Mileage Engines (LME), a supplier of premium quality used engines is happy to announce the availability of several new lines of used engines for Nissan vehicles.
The Nissan Versa has had very few drive train issues. Thus, there is not a great need for used engines for them. LME is laying strong strategic partnerships to ensure that we will have a supply of low mileage used engines for Versas when demand starts to increase. Our customers have informed us that they expect demand for these engines to increase only when a large number of the vehicles have high miles. Reliable vehicles such as the Versa are excellent investments in which to put used engines. The MR18DE is expected to sell initially for less than $1,600, based on miles.
LME is also announcing a focus on providing 4th generation Nissan Altima engine, specifically the 2.5L QR25DE in both hybrid and non-hybrid varieties and the 3.5L VQ35DE. Both of these are carryovers from 3rd generation Altimas, and LME is prepared to meet anticipated moderate demand for these engines. 2.5L used engines are targeted at less than $2,600 while 3.5L used engines are targeted at less than $2,900.
LME will continue to carry Nissan Sentra used engines. The 2.0L MR20DE and 2.5L QR25DE are not anticipated to have high demand. LME has secured good supplies of these used engines to serve our customers for many years to come.
LME is also proud to announce a new warranty available to be purchased with any diesel. For $250, customers can purchase "labor coverage" for any diesel engine they purchase from LME. In the unlikely event of a warranty failure, LME will cover labor at a rate of $45 an hour for the hours allotted to remove and replace an engine according to the Mitchell Labor Guide.
