Manila, Ncr Philippines (PressExposure) April 18, 2010 -- In the press conference held last April 14, 2010, for Bernardita Inocencio, the housemaid who was allegedly beaten by Korina Sanchez and then-boyfriend Paul Aquino, fingers were pointed at Nacionalista Party for propagating the video leaked to the internet. Liberal Party stubbornly insists in calling the press conference "black propaganda" as the release of this video just so happened to coincide with election season. In fact, based on words that were uttered by outsourced staff during the press conference, a rumor was spread that Loren Legarda was the one who funded the whole thing.
The LP has decided to view this issue as an attack on them personally. Mar Roxas even came out on TV and said "". At least he did not deny that his wife did this. This kind of reaction totally misses the point of the video interview that was released for the sake of Inocencio and nobody else.
We must focus on the real point of this video. It is not a political issue, but an issue of getting Inocencio the justice that she seeks.
