Laurel, Maryland (PressExposure) March 31, 2008 -- A new type of business referral organization, "Perfect Networker", that combines the features of a traditional referral or leads groups, has just launched.
Perfect Networker, the brainchild of retired Maryland lawyer, Glenn K. Garnes, empowers its members, through a formal course of instruction, on how to generate new referral sources, how to network effectively at business events, and how to nurture long term business relationships with like-minded business professionals.
Perfect Networker groups are limited to 10 members, and only one industry is represented in each group, giving each member the opportunity to be exclusive in his or her industry. Smaller group size allows each member to get more time focused on their business in a meaningful way.
The groups follow a unique format in which group members "mastermind" in the Napoleon Hill tradition acting as catalysts for growth, devil's advocates and a business support group.
"We are more than just a referral group", said Mac Cassity, the Vice President of marketing for the company. "We give business owners the ability to generate referrals, but also the ability to formally tap the knowledge, energy, and expertise of fellow group members, he added.
Another key ingredient in the Perfect Networker model is its focus on educating members on how to develop and nurture long term, mutually beneficial relationships. "Relationship building is an art that is not taught in business school, or in most sales training programs", says Garnes. "The things we teach and the technology tools we provide fill an important gap in the process of business building for business owners and professionals", Garnes continued.
Perfect Networker groups are forming now in cities across the United States, with expansion worldwide expected later this year.
