Traveler feedback on the hotel and its improvements has been excellent, helping the hotel gain a sought-after place in the top 4% of hotels in Pattaya, according to travel reviews site TripAdvisor. A recent family traveler from Bangkok complimented the family rooms, saying "Great hotel for children. They loved the family rooms with bunk and slide, the Playstation and the big pool. They are definitely paying attention to the food over there, which was great for the parents."
