The plaintiff, Mr. Wilcher, was an African American male who was a long time employee of the company. Mr. Wilcher clashed repeatedly with a supervisor who disliked Mr. Wilcher because of his race. As a result, Mr. Wilcher was the subject of disparate treatment, subjected to harassment and racial insults as well as being denied promotions and penalized with changed in work assignments.

When the strain became unbearable, Mr. Wilcher came to Mesriani Law Group for help. Seeing how badly Mr, Wilcher had been treated, Mesriani Law Group began a claim against the chemical company for racial discrimination and harassment, as well as other claims.
