Norwich, United Kingdom (PressExposure) October 01, 2009 -- Two gorgeous models at Models Direct were chosen to meet and greet fans at one of Castle Combe Circuit's Rally Days.
Castle Combe Circuit in Chippenham, Wiltshire, has been described as "the best club racing circuit in Britain" by Autosport magazine. The centre runs lots of exciting events for car and driving enthusiasts, such as track days and race meetings.
For these events Brian Stubbings often requires female promotional models to bring the crowds in, and repeatedly goes to Models Direct to find them. Most recently, Brian was looking for two beautiful female models, and he selected 24-year old Gemma and 20-year old Carrie.
They were asked to help with promotion at one of the circuit's Rally Day events, where the visitors get the chance to see rally cars up close and meet the drivers. Carrie and Gemma had to talk to the public, hand out leaflets and have their photos taken.
Both of the young women had great fun at the Rally Day. When asked what she would say to someone considering becoming a model, "Go for it!" Carrie replies. "It makes you feel really good about yourself. Even being picked to do an assignment in the first place makes you feel great!"
"I felt very privileged to be chosen and was glad to be part of the promotion," agreed Gemma.
For those considering becoming a promotional model, it is a fairly open field. The models are usually 5'0" and taller, aged 18 to 35 and have a great figure. Promotional models also need to be confident and outgoing as the work involves talking to lots of new people. People often forget about promotions as a modelling career avenue, but they can be a really fun way to earn some money and meet new people.
Models Direct has been connecting models with businesses since 1990 and is one of the top commercial modelling agencies. If you are interested in promotional, or any other type of modelling, you can find out more by following the links below.
