This cooperation will enhance the goodwill of business and I am looking forward to a lasting relationship in the interest of business", said Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain, President CREDAI.
Also speaking on the occasion Mr.Ravi Verma Immediate Past President NAR-INDIA said "The decision of NAR-INDIA & CREDAI to work together in a systematic manner on issues of common interest is a historic development in the real estate industry. We shall endeavor to speak in one voice and work towards empowering our respective members to improve the "Bottom Lines" of their business.
Adding to this Mr.Abdur Ravoof President NAR-INDIA said" Today we have crossed one more milestone by signing a bi-lateral agreement with CREDAI. This will create an opportunity to work closely with CREDAI and it will also benefit our members".
The unique yearly NAR-INDIA convention, brings together brokering community members, which contribute to at least 50% of all developer sales, provides an opportunity for interacting, networking, marketing and building relationships besides being a great interface for education programs, expo and cultural activities with brokers from all over India, USA and Europe taking part. This year, the convention aims to bring together besides realtors and builders / developers, delegates from allied industries like architects, lawyers, investors, venture capitalist firms, equity funds and financial institutions, making this an event to remember.
The association believes that Governments have a key role to play. They need to license real estate brokers as they do in some of the advanced countries, so that only credible and knowledgeable players enter the business. Further, there is also a need for a Real Estate Regulator. That is the crying need of the hour.
The Hyderabad edition of NAR-INDIA Convention and expo promises to be bigger and better than its earlier conventions in Pune and Chennai. For the first time as part of the convention there is also a property exposition on 23rd and 24th July 2011 at HICC with 40 stalls. The expected number of visitors is approx 5000, the idea being that, developers get to network / show case their projects which are either multi-city projects or multi-city marketing plans.
NAR-INDIA Convention has Indian School of Business (ISB) as its knowledge partner this year with industry participation by Phoenix Group, K Raheja Corp, Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc., Koncept Ambience Group's The Botanika, Manjeera Retail Holdings, Indu Projects, Emaar Properties, PBEL, Ramky, Sujana Group, BEAM Telecom, Propertyfeast.com to name a few among others.
