National Office Systems Expands Into Office Furniture Installation

For three decades, American Installation Services, a division of NOS, has offered installations of its high density and mobile shelving systems by its staff of trained, experienced employees. AIS is now providing the same top-caliber installations to metro area companies, professional firms and government agencies through contracts with office furniture manufacturers and dealers.

Alvarez says NOS has named Kenneth Swiatek, a veteran of the office furniture systems industry, as Project and Operations Manager, supervising installations for AIS.

Swiatek has 31 years of experience in office furniture installations for large scale private sector and government agencies. He will be in charge of overall operations, labor quotes, work crew assignments and troubleshooting for systems furniture installations.

A New Jersey native, Swiatek transferred to the Washington area in 1986 while working for one of the largest office furniture dealers in the nation. He now resides in a community close to the water where he, his wife, children and grandchildren enjoy boating and fishing.
