Lauren Peterson and Jenna Stone, both certified by the nationally accredited American Council on Exercise, have a combined 10 years of experience in the personal training industry. Lauren and Jenna have developed a baseline philosophy that encourages women to take a step back from their hectic lives and to begin taking better care of themselves.
"Women get frustrated when they don't see results from their efforts, and that is a discouraging place to be," says Jenna Stone, co-owner, VIBE. "We want them to look at the big picture, and see that the combination of proper training, healthy nutrition, and positive energy creates a path that leads to success and healthier living."
VIBE's goal is to help women improve the overall quality of their lives by providing individualized personal training and wellness coaching to meet each client's specific needs. The VIBE program includes: one-on-one personal training, pair and group training, yoga, nutrition, and Skinny Jeans workouts. VIBE offers a complete array of services that encourage holistic balance of the mind and body. Nationally certified personal trainers provide one on one, pair, and group training. Personal training clients receive a complimentary session where their individual needs and goals are assessed and then developed into a personalized program. VIBE believes in providing functional training for clients - a highly effective form of conditioning that utilizes multiple muscle groups at the same time.
