French restaurant CÃ´te appears so confident about the trading conditions at The Mailbox that it has taken a 25 year lease and will open next spring. All Saints has taken a 15 year lease.
The Mailbox will be very glad of the new occupants as the last 12 months has seen the gift and stationary shop Parchment close and the womens dress shop Emma Somerset unfortunately go into administration at the complex.
