Jacksonville, FL (PressExposure) March 11, 2012 -- In their 1-hour long talk show, Angelica and Siggy are interviewing writers and other artists about art and the healing powers of the artistic brain. Angelica and Siggy first met through Facebook and share a number of common interests: the arts, writing, and advocating for people who were abused or greatly wronged and hurt in their lives.
Siggy Buckley, former matchmaker and dating expert from Dublin, is the author of a popular novel for singles and divorced people over 40 who are looking for a new partner. Angelica Harris who has been running a successful blog talk show for a couple of years, is the author of the brand-new book Living with Rage: A Quest for Solace. She is also the author of the popular Excalibur Series, as well as an entrepreneur, advocate and speaker. She is the founder of a non-profit organization called Unicorn against domestic abuse in women and teens. Her mission is to reach victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse through speaking engagements, guest blogs and other ventures. She believes that together victims find healing for themselves and others. She was recently included in America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals.
On their next show, March 12, Angelica and Siggy, a member of the National League of American Pen Women, are featuring poet Sandy Hartman whose goal is to give the spoken poetic experience to the world. Due to her childhood circumstances, Sandy's life journey has been marked by inner and outer stress and challenges often accompanied by fragile health, the upshot being the single word, "survive, survive, survive". Sandy is a Pen Woman herself. On her aesthetically appealing website http://www.eonwriter.com, Poet Sandy Hartman reads out aloud some of her most beautiful and thought provoking poems.
Every show is broadcast live on Mondays and after that, can be listened to any time as a free podcast( http://www.blogtalkradio.com/angelicaharris).
