New Book Explains Old Concept of Ethical Wills

Indianola, IA (PressExposure) March 31, 2007 -- A Publication Date of April 25 is set for a new book about a very old concept-- the Ethical Will. Iowa author Sharon Foltz, EdD, has researched the ethical will and explains, “a last will and testament leaves your valuable possessions to designated individuals, but an ethical will leaves your values and attitudes. It is a way to leave to your survivors your love, ideas, plans, memories, etc. by which they will remember you.” She is introducing Passing Your Heritage On: A Guide to Writing Your Ethical Wills, written as a companion book to the 1999-issued-- Passing Your Heritage On: A Guide to Writing Your Family Stories, Second Edition, (Each book is $14.95 S&H paid)

Dr. Foltz introduced her writing consultant service, Write With You, several years ago. A former teacher, she says this new “Ethics Book” grew from a desire to help more people write what they would like to say. It is far less expensive than hiring her to help write an ethical will. It makes a wonderful Mothers Day or Fathers Day or birthday gift.
