This interactive event is scheduled to unravel at Ocean Place Resort & Spa in Long Branch, NJ over an extended weekend from September 30 through October 2 2011. Moreover, the elected undertone for this extraordinary and extravagant event is that the essence of women is infinite as suggested by the 2011 theme: Ain't No Mountain High Enough for My Stilettos. New Life Coach is a 501 C 3 organization that has a data base of certified coaches who give services back to the community by offering six free weeks of life coaching to clients who are unable to afford life coaching services.
The overall objective of TEN Ain't No Mountain High Enough For My Stilettos event focuses on the whole woman by providing a forum for women of multiple backgrounds, ethnicities and socio-economic levels multiple opportunities to network while they learn to build healthy lifestyles.
The event kicks off breast cancer awareness month with a Friday evening cardio boosting pink Zumba fitness Party. Saturday morning yoga; an abbreviated fitness boot camp session lead by the 74 year old renowned bodybuilder Ernestine "Ernie" Shepherd; multiple mini fitness classes, Motivational speaker and silver screen actress, Tasha Smith, of Tyler Perry's "Why Did I Get Married" is scheduled to be in attendance amidst the latter activity in which an open forum of "girl talk" is due to unfold.
A crucial centerpiece of the event entails acknowledging the "holistic needs of women and giving back to the community." Therefore, a portion of event funding will be awarded to The Cooper Hospital Pregnant Women Breast Cancer Registry and Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.
