Reading, Pennsylvania (PressExposure) July 11, 2011 -- Hard Gainer Diet is a new website dedicated to helping skinny guys plan their diet regime so that they can gain weight in the form of muscle mass. The website went live this past week and is already causing a bit of a stir in the fitness community.
Fitness author Jeff Masterson, is the man behind The Hard Gainer Diet.
Masterson already owns another successful muscle building website named The Weight Gain Network, which acts as a "one-stop-shop" for all the information needs of people undergoing their first body transformation. The Weight Gain Network has become a popular community and Masterson hopes the same spirit will follow over to the Hard Gainer Diet website.
"The community at The Weight Gain Network is great" said Masterson.
"Everyone is really supportive, offering their advice and encouragement to help offers in their quest to gain weight. I reply to the posts everyday, and it is really rewarding to help others learn from my experience to help transform their own body" he said.
Whilst The Weight Gain Network provides information on all aspects of gaining weight, The Hard Gainer Diet website focuses on the dieting aspects of the process.
The diet is considered by many to be the single most important aspect of muscle building. Yet it is often the most neglected aspect of many peoples weight gain plan.
This encouraged Jeff Masterson to really highlight the importance of the diet by launching The Hard Gainer Diet website.
"The single most important thing that's going to determine whether someone reaches their weight gain goals, is the diet. Yet most skinny guys neglect this extremely important part of their life when they look for information on how to gain weight.
I have therefore created The Hard Gainer Diet to help people with this issue" Masterson said.
In addition to his websites, Jeff Masterson has a premium product known as the Weight Gain Blueprint. The Weight Gain Blueprint combines all the information found on his websites, and takes things to a greater level of detail to make it even easier for people to gain weight. The Blueprint outlines Masterson's own body transformation, as he gained 38lbs of muscle in just 19 weeks.
The Weight Gain Blueprint also includes the exact hardgainer diet plan that Masterson used during this period.
