Almeria, Almeria Spain (PressExposure) September 28, 2007 -- Following on from the success of his web site http://www.rentinspain.co.uk . The owner of the site, Phil Taylor, has recently launched two new web blogs that he believes will help enhance the experience of booking your own vacation / holiday home in Southern Spain.
The two new blogs La Alpujarra and Golf resorts in Spain are the first in a series of 9 blogs that will encapsulate the whole of Southern Spain in pictures and text. The blogs are linked to a series of articles that are and will be published on ezinearticles.com.
Phil Taylor believes that in producing these articles and blogs visitors to his rental web site will be able to read about any of the areas then decide on which type of property to book on his web site. The introduction of the new blogs will also help owners that are perhaps considered âoff the beaten trackâ, well away from the centre of the big towns like Marbella, Nerja and Alicante.
Whilst the numbers of visitors to different parts of Southern Spain is increasing, most still tend to go to the more densely populated areas. Regions such as Almeria, Axarquia, and La Alpujarra are truly beautiful regions to stay and enjoy a relaxing vacation whilst they are also only a short drive to the beaches on the Mediterranean. The blogs will help open the eyes of visitors to different parts of Southern Spain.
Phil started the web site in 2000 whilst finishing his Masters degree in Geography and working on his PhD. Since then he has seen the site develop into one of the more popular sites for Southern Spain holiday rentals and it is continuously ranked high in Google and other search engines. It has over 10,000 visitors every month. He does not believe that branching out into taking on properties in other countries would be beneficial to his clients. Hence his desire to retain a âSpanish Onlyâ web site.
Owners can look after their own advert, changing photos, rates and text whenever they wish. Phil is quick to emphasise that he is always on hand to carry out these tasks for the owners and there is no fee for his time. He prides himself on making any changes for an owner within a few hours of receiving the instructions. He is continuously looking for new ideas to promote the web site not only for himself but primarily for the owners and visitors. It is essential that both parties benefit from their experience of using the Rentinspain web site.
If anyone would like further information about the blogs or wish to upload a property on the main rental web site (current annual fee is only £75 or 115euros) please do get in touch with Phil via the site at http://www.rentinspain.co.uk The blog address for La Alpujarra is: http://laalpujarraspain.blogspot.com/ and the golf is: http://golfresortsinspain.blogspot.com/ but still under development.
Others will be added all through October.
