Oughtibridge,, United Kingdom (PressExposure) May 26, 2009 -- Nexis Holdings Limited, part of Nexis International Industries, a UK Company, with its operational headquarters in Hong Kong has successfully listed on the German Stock Exchange in February 2009. Nexis' core business uses "Green" technological processes to manufacture and distribute affordable housing and building systems made from recyclable materials. The company's business revenues are derived from manufacturing operations, sale of building panels, sale of marketing licenses as well fees received from suppliers of waste and recyclable materials.

"Nexis International Industries" global market is divided into distinct regions and within each region, it enters into a Joint Venture with a local marketing/ distribution licensee. The plant specifications and product characteristics are then customized to suit local requirements and preferences; however "Nexis International Industries" uses a standardised approach towards project development and establishment of each plant.

First are Fees at factory gate from the suppliers of waste and recyclable materials, second are the sales of building panels by the manufacturing business to distribution arm, and third is from sales of building panels to the market. "Nexis International Industries" also derives a "one off" licensee fee from its JV licensee in each region.
