Organized by Delhi-based NetworkPlay Media, in partnership with UK-based DMG Events, the world's #1 technology and advertising event saw huge interest from CEO's, CMO's, brand managers, product managers, digital mavericks, advertising agencies, media buyers, media planners, venture capitalists, market researchers, publishers, ad-networks and service providers. The ad:tech event has been successfully running for more than 15 years in media capitals such as Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney, Melbourne, London, New York and San Francisco.
Elaborating on the success of this two-day event, Rammohan Sundaram, Event Chairman ad:tech India and Founder, CEO & Managing Director at Networkplay Media Pvt Ltd, said, "The event surpassed all our expectations and was oversubscribed. We had close to 2500 delegates attending the event over the two days. Besides the expo area which showcased over 55 exhibitors, the conference sessions saw over 1000 attendees spread over 25 sessions. Addressing the audience, Ram also announced the dates for the next ad:tech event in India, citing, "The next ad:tech will be held in India on 22nd and 23rd February, 2012. It will be a much bigger and better event with more session tracks, and a larger expo and summit area."
Buoyed with the success of the first ad:tech event in India, Ram shared that NetworkPlay, in association with DMG Events, will also hold the first-ever iMedia Brand & Agency Summit in India in autumn this year, which will be a very niche and exclusive event focusing solely on CMO's and CEO's. With premium content, and it will be held over three days at an exotic resort location, and will have an august gathering of no more than 150 major brand marketers having significant and potential online budgets, with a limited number of publishers and service providers.
