It was a pretty simple investigation actually. We went to the companies' related websites for the shows listed. Looked for the proposed airing schedules, networks, etc. and located the airings of the shows they produce. We tuned in at 7AM on a Thursday on The Lifetime network to see if The Balancing Act does in fact air as promised and sure enough it does. Every weekday Mon-Fri. and furthermore the segments were also posted on the Balancing Act's website for further viewing. One by one we tracked down and verified the shows being produced were in fact airing on the networks they said.â
